Course Philosophy

FOLLOWING

The certificated Jikiden Reiki Courses that I run, faithfully follow the teachings handed down from Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. After them, you will receive a beautiful Japanese hand written certificate and a comprehensive Jikiden Reiki manual from the Institute of Jikiden Reiki in Kyoto, Japan.

FULFILLING

Jikiden Reiki Courses are very absorbing, they take all of your body, mind and soul and thus very fulfilling.  Indeed after the two-day Shoden Course, you will be taught the basic skills to enable you to confidently give physical treatments to your family and friends, and even after the one day Okuden Course you will know how to give non physical treatments & distance healing.

FOCUSED

Our Reiki courses are very focused. Experience has taught us that a group of between four and six people is the ideal number – enough for there to be many experiences shared within the group, but few enough for me to be able to give each student a lot of individual attention.

FLEXIBLE

I run regular Reiki courses at training rooms in central Alresford, but I can also run courses at different times in different places to suit your needs. I have offered courses across a number of evenings as an alternative to weekends. And I have given courses in different parts of the country where there is a suitable venue.

FUN

Jikiden Reiki is a serious undertaking with traditions and teachings that should be observed. However, we are all human and I pride myself on making the experience of the courses enjoyable and memorable for you.

I am a Jikiden Reiki Shihan (Fully qualified Teacher) working in the UK and a highly experienced Shihan who has trained at the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan currently providing fully certificated Jikiden Reiki Courses and Reiki sessions in Hampshire.
