Day 1
- The history of Reiki and the meaning behind Japanese characters and phrases
- What Reiki is and how it works with the body's natural healing system
- Learning to chant the Gokai in Japanese
- Reiju (attunement)
Day 2
- The concept of Byosen — key to using Jikiden Reiki in all physical treatments
- The first Shirushi (symbol)
- Practical sessions giving treatments and energy exercises to build sensitivity and awareness
- Two further Reiju
After completing the Shoden course, you'll receive ongoing support and advice as you begin your journey into Jikiden Reiki. With a wealth of experience to draw on, I'm here to guide newcomers taking their first steps — and you'll also join a supportive group of students with varied experiences to share and learn from.
