Okuden course
The advanced course for Non-physical & Distance healing Okuden builds on Shoden for those wanting to go to the next stage. You must have done Shoden first, with me or with another Jikiden Reiki trainer.
A 1 day workshop packed with intellectually challenging concepts intended to raise your conscious awareness of our world. Although these techniques date back to the 1930’s, they are just as, if not more, useful and appropriate to the demanding and hectic lifestyle of today.

Overview
This full one-day course covers two powerful reiki techniques that complete the Jikiden Reiki training I offer.
Non-physical technique
Many believe we are largely in charge of our own mental health. As we go through life, we pick up unwanted habits and behaviour patterns that may cause our bodies to suffer physical issues. This technique enables you to effectively 'peel away' layers of unwanted fears, phobias, and anxieties that can hold you back from leading a fulfilling and wholesome life.
Distance technique
With many of us living far from friends, family, and children, there may be times you wish to help them with reiki but cannot be with them in person. This technique allows you to keep in close contact with your loved ones wherever they are in the world. You will not believe it until you have tried it for yourself.
These two concepts will likely challenge you intellectually and really get those brain cells working. I still get excited by these techniques after years of successful use, and I am sure you will too.
